PAYMENT ACCORDING TO TARIFF

Our salaries are based on the Fachverband Metall Bayern and include vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as various tax-free benefits.

30 DAYS HOLIDAY

It is our ambition to enable everyone in the workforce to regularly take three weeks of vacation at a time. The principle of “give and take” and consideration for family concerns form the basis for vacation planning by our managers with their teams.

SPECIAL SERVICES

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

Dobler Metallbau is maximally flexible and offers various part-time models, flexitime and time accounts. Trust-based working hours and home office are possible depending on the activity and position in the company. In summer, we have been practicing summer working hours at some locations for years, with an earlier start to the day and corresponding extended free time in the afternoon.
