Over decades, we have been able to establish a solid training program. In the last 20 years alone, more than 150 apprentices have passed through the German dual training system for skilled workers and staff with us in Deggendorf and many are still part of our team. Today, they are the backbone of our company and guarantors of our success, many now working in positions of responsibility.
