System development and specification:
Basic details and feasibility studies, preliminary structural design, preliminary building physics studies regarding thermal and sound insulation values, determination of key materials.
Design Stage 2
Building design for approval:
Elevations, sections and details for approval by architects and customers, verifiable structural analysis, facade test programs and structural-physical calculations and expert opinions
Design Stage 3
Workshop drawings and installation planning:
All information required for practical implementation by Dobler Metallbau, such as individual part, fabrication and installation drawings, parts lists and work preparation information.
Test and experimental workshop

On the premises of our plant in Deggendorf, one of the largest stationary testing facilities for curtain walls in Germany allows our designers and project teams to carry out facade tests in accordance with national and international standards and technical specifications.
In the test facilities, which are equipped with the latest technology, we subject each newly designed element to a thorough prototype test for long-term suitability before quality management gives the go-ahead for production.
