Rodinná společnost Dobler Metallbau byla založena v roce 1982 a její kořeny sahají až ke společnosti Götz GmbH, která byla založena v roce 1952 v Deggendorfu (BY).
V současné době patří do skupiny společností Dobler Metallbau kromě Deggendorfu také výrobní závody v Nýrsku (ČR) a Möckmühlu (Dobler-MBM) a pobočky v Mnichově, Norimberku, Wertingenu, Augsburk, Gundelfingenu, Londýně, Curychu, Sarajevo, Conegliano a New York.
Více než 580 zaměstnanců vyrábí vysoce kvalitní kovové a skleněné fasády pro evropský trh. Objem zakázek na projekty se pohybuje kolem 60 milionů eur.
