Dům “Bikini” je berlínskou architektonickou ikonou z 60. let 20. století a tvoří spojnici mezi náměstím Breitscheidplatz, Tauentzienstrasse a nejdůležitější berlínskou oázou Tiergarten. Fasáda byla komplexně renovována v souladu s požadavky památkové péče.
